Cancellation and Refund

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of appointments and refund of payments for services offered by Bhartte Kapoor.

 

A. Cancellation Policy

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session shall be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may not be eligible for refund.

2. No-Show

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice shall be treated as a “no-show” and the client shall forfeit any rights to refund or rescheduling.

 

3. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The Service Provider is not obligated to accommodate last-minute changes.

 

B. Refund Policy

1. General Rule

All payments are non-refundable, except in circumstances where the Service Provider cancels the session.

 

2. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If a session is cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen events or technical issues, the client shall be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

3. Digital Products

Purchases of digital goods or session recordings are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical issues), refund or rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, subject to documentary proof.

 

C. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.
