This Cancellation and Refund Policy (\u201cPolicy\u201d) governs the cancellation of appointments and refund of payments for services offered by Bhartte Kapoor<\/strong>.<\/p>

A. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session shall be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may not be eligible for refund.<\/p>

2. No-Show<\/strong><\/p>

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice shall be treated as a \u201cno-show\u201d and the client shall forfeit any rights to refund or rescheduling.<\/p>

3. Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.<\/p>

The Service Provider is not obligated to accommodate last-minute changes.<\/p>

B. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>

1. General Rule<\/strong><\/p>

All payments are non-refundable, except in circumstances where the Service Provider cancels the session or where an exception is expressly approved under this Policy.<\/p>

2. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

If a session is cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen events or technical issues, the client shall be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.<\/p>

3. Digital Products<\/strong><\/p>

Purchases of digital goods or session recordings are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.<\/p>

4. Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>

In case of genuine emergencies, including medical emergencies, refund or rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, subject to documentary proof.<\/p>

C. Refund Processing<\/strong><\/p>

Approved refunds will be processed within 7\u201314 business days to the original method of payment, subject to the applicable payment provider\u2019s processing timelines.<\/p>
