Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Client-Initiated Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations made at least\u00a0<strong>72 hours<\/strong>\u00a0prior to the scheduled session shall be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations made\u00a0<strong>less than 72 hours<\/strong>\u00a0before the session may not be eligible for refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. No-Show<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice shall be treated as a \u201cno-show\u201d and the client shall forfeit any rights to refund or rescheduling.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The Service Provider is not obligated to accommodate last-minute changes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. General Rule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All payments are\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, except in circumstances where the Service Provider cancels the session.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a session is cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen events or technical issues, the client shall be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Digital Products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Purchases of digital goods or session recordings are\u00a0<strong>final and non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0under any circumstance.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of genuine emergencies (e.g., medical issues), refund or rescheduling may be considered at the sole discretion of the Service Provider, subject to documentary proof.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>C. Refund Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed within\u00a0<strong>7\u201314 business days<\/strong>\u00a0to the original method of payment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>D.
