The Safe You – Chakra & Inner Child Healing Journey (Level 1) is a practitioner-level program designed to establish emotional safety, conscious awareness, and grounded healing through chakra intelligence and inner child work.
The course is structured to prioritise safety and responsibility first, followed by knowledge validation, experiential integration, and conceptual learning. It is based on the understanding that consciousness is the primary organising intelligence of human experience, with chakras functioning as governing intelligences within the energetic, pre-physical layer.
Participants explore how prenatal and womb-based impressions influence root safety, how inner child responses arise as present-moment experiences, and why healing remains unstable without nervous system regulation. The methodology is consciousness-led, experiential, and safety-first, emphasising observation, self-trust, and gentle consistency.
The program includes professional manuals, a Level 1 Practitioner MCQ assessment, guided meditation audios, and structured video PPT teachings. Successful completion of the assessment demonstrates conceptual clarity, safety awareness, and foundational practitioner readiness.
Assessment Format and Criteria:
- The assessment consists of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- All questions are based on course material covered in Sections I-IV.
- Each question has only one correct answer.
- A minimum score of 75% is required to pass.
- You are allowed up to 3 attempts to complete and pass the assessment.
- There are no negative markings for incorrect answers.
- Results are generated automatically upon submission.
